Good experience. They answer very fast to your questions.
Brilliant experience!!I suggest definitely!!worth it's money
We, along with our two small kids, visited the place twice but unfortunately couldn't take a ride in the balloon. The first time, they stopped flights just as we were in a taxi heading there. The second time, the next day, we were in line waiting to board when they announced that the balloon was full, despite there being only 10 people instead of 30. Subsequently, the next flight was canceled due to wind. It felt like the opportunity was snatched away from us, and my children were very disappointed. We left Paris without experiencing it. I would greatly appreciate a refund for the tickets.
The weather has been bad, cloudy, rainy... making it impossible to provide service.

The balloon could not take off due to bad weather. We were therefore unable to use the tickets. Please refund the price of the tickets, as we could not use them through no fault of our own.
Hello, The employee of Ballon center cancelled our flight due bad weather that day, so we didn't use our tickets. That told us that you will return our money what we pay over your site. Please can you tell me when we can expect that?
The staff was nice, but there was no signage to let you know where'd to go if you were not familiar with the area. The winds were high and we were unable to fly and live in the U.S.
We could not use the tickets. When we bought them it didn't say anything about it being weather dependent. We were more than 1 week in Paris and we could not use them. A scam!

When we got there there was a long queue for the balloon, it was still over an hour until it closed so we thought we had left plenty of time. But after we waited in the line for 20 minutes someone came out and told us to leave the queue as we wouldn't be getting on in time before closing. This meant we didn't get to go on, didn't get our money back, and had waisted time waiting when we could have been seeing more of Paris.
