  • Please note you will not be able to purchase tickets to the summit on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower. If you wish to visit the summit, purchase these tickets before your visit.
  • This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible to the 1st and 2nd floors.
  • The summit is not accessible to wheelchair users.

  • Individuals must present a valid form of identification, such as a passport or ID card, to access the tower grounds.
  • Keep in mind that smoking, large luggage, non-folding buggies/prams, big bags, baby strollers, rollerblades, scooters, skateboards, hoverboards, other large rolling objects (except foldable pushchairs, medical or assistance vehicles for persons with reduced mobility), sharp objects, glass bottles, padlocks, and cans are not allowed on this experience.
  • Waiting times are to be expected for a security check when you enter.
  • Sometimes, great things take a little patience. During peak seasons, you might have to wait up to 90 minutes before your experience begins.
  • After the guided tour, explore each floor of the iconic tower at your own pace and make the most of your visit!
  • This is an English-guided tour. Some guides may also speak additional languages, primarily French or Spanish, and may offer extra assistance when possible, though this cannot be guaranteed.
  • The summit of the Eiffel Tower is subject to closures or limited availability due to technical or crowd-related reasons. We recommend confirming summit access upon arrival if you'd like to upgrade. In case of unplanned closure, a partial refund for the difference between the 2nd and top floor ticket will be provided.
