Bus routes 21, 24, 27, 39, 48, 68, 69, 72, 81, and 95 will get you to the Louvre Museum. There are two bus stops right outside the museum - Louvre Rivoli and Palais Royal Musée du Louvre. From the Châtelet les Halles train station, walk a few meters to the Pont Neuf bus stop and alight at Palais Royal.

Take a right from here until you reach the Rue de L'Oratoire junction. Head south again until you reach the Rue de Rivoli road and walk right towards the Palais Royal Musée du Louvre metro station. You’ll be able to see the iconic pyramid from here. Stop at a cafe on your way to have a traditional Parisian treat or coffee.
