Our audioguides disconnected regularly. Having taken the tour with 3 children (aged 14 and 10), it was difficult to get them to imagine the space in Marie-Antoinnette's time. Too clean, too bright and without furniture. In my opinion, it lacked mannequins and period furnishings (table, bed, straw, rats.... for the cells and kitchen furnishings). Nevertheless, they enjoyed the visit.

Very interesting place with many little-known details of our history. Just one small comment, as the operation of the touch-screen tablet was very briefly explained, I didn't take advantage of all it has to offer. Sincerely M Mathieu

Note: Please note that the Conciergerie must be visited before Sainte-Chapelle, as the last entry to the Conciergerie is at 5:30pm. We recommend planning your visit accordingly to ensure you don’t miss out on either site.

So first of all, I'd like to thank headout for this ticket. To visit the holy chapel, it was sold out everywhere but this site managed to find me two tickets. So happy to have gone with my family to visit this sublime place. I would never have thought of booking. Thanks again! You saved my scheduled trip.

Beautiful architecture and stain glass windows.
Such a beautiful building. Windows are stunning. Ticketing staff amazing. I had a problem downloading my ticket . Staff charming and helpful in spite of their being very busy
The attraction was stunning! Sainte-Chapelle is a beautiful cathedral! Although we arrive super late for our appointed time due to traffic, we were welcomed with open arms!
The actual venue was awesome. However, the queuing experience wasn't ideal. There was confusion as to which queue (both ticket holders and non-ticket holders appeared mingled together..There were limited / no personnel at the queues to organise people. Once the queues separated things moved more smoothly.
SAVED US!! We really wanted to see Saint Chapelle and THANK GOD for headout because we got last minute tickets that let us in. Thank you!!!
Even though we had booked a specific time we waited in a hugely over crowded line of visitors to enter for over an hour. The tour of the Chapel actually only took 15 mins. We had already visited the conciergerie the day before but could not view the Chapelle on the same day.
That I could book the tickets short-term while we had been in Paris.
Everything was perfect. You are the best, thank you.
It all worked out very well and Saint Chapelle was amazing
very well organized, beautiful places
Living up to our expectations. Electronic tickets are great. Everything went very smoothly. Merxi.

Paris Panthéon was one of the highlights of my trip to Paris. The building was amazing and the crypt was amazing finding the coffins of Marie Curie and Louis Braille. Highly recommend to anybody visiting Paris. Long queue outside with no tickets,so purchased tickets online and walked straight in and avoidied any queue.
Quick access with advance tickets! A guided tour with headphones was really nice. I went at my own pace, taking the time to listen to the commentaries and read the works...

Breathtaking view of the most beautiful city in the world ! A must-see sight.
The grandeur of the place Emotional moments and pride of place

We entered immediately with a dedicated line, (so no line at that time) thanks to online tickets.

Friendly lady at the front helped us with making it easy to buy tickets and accomodated my family including a baby in a stroller.
Direct access to the entrance, definitely better have your ticket pre-purchased. Great architecture is more like museum. Surprised to see local students taking a note on canvas on the wall.
We had a great time. It's a wonderful place. One of our best visits. I recommend it. Internet booking is great... no waiting...

I recommend it because I found the visitors very interested and with a fair amount of knowledge for this national monument, including the Foucault pendulum.

The tour was great and competent, informative and entertaining. We were told the wrong time the day before. 3:00 pm instead of 4:00 pm. It was also not taken into account that Notre Dane closes earlier in the evening. We could no longer get in. This should have been known in advance and we should have been informed. Then I would have booked a separate time slot. The group was very annoyed about this.

Thanks to ticket reservations, we were able to get in straight away, avoiding a long column. The audio-guide tour was fascinating.

We were standing in the line "without tickets." We went on your website and completed the whole transaction in less than a minute. We were able to hop out of line and bypass those waiting and walk right in!
Pantheon was excellent, but I was disappointed there was no easy way to buy the rooftop access ticket through this service.
I really enjoyed Tina's tour! It was especially great and informative since is an art historian as well as understanding the French political history. It was so comprehensive. It was particularly helpful to understand more of the arrangements and meanings in the Sacre Couer windows. All around great cultural tour! Don’t miss it!
A long queue to buy tickets, or... the solution: buy online and get into the museum in under 5 minutes!

Quick meal and immediate. We were in line without a reservation I logged on and within minutes not only bought the tickets but went straight in to start the visit

Excellent service thank you! Super easy purchase, the whole process went smoothly and you skip the line if you don't have your ticket to the site yet.

Normal management; I didn't find but I could be wrong the possibility to pay the ticket to access the panoramic terrace (3,5€) to be paid separately

The view of Paris from the top of the Pantheon is breathtaking, and the organization is very good - online tickets, no waiting, limited number of visitors. Thank you very much!

I had a hard time getting a ticket through the Pantheon's official website. It was so easy to book it using head out. Panthéon had an amazing architecture and beautiful stained glasses, paintings and sculptures. You can also pay homage to many people famous and those who fought for the country. Well worth the visit.
Quite impressive, but of course I thought I could go up there too. That was probably no longer possible after 16:30 and I probably wouldn't have been able to go up otherwise because they had limited the number of visitors inside. That wasn't clear to me before I bought the ticket.

We absolutely loved our guide he was knowledgeable on the topics he shared with us during the tour and the one of the reasons I starred awesome, but it was not the tour I signed up for which was access to Notre Dame with a guided tour plus optional locations. What we received was the optional locations which were very interesting and we truly enjoyed, but then the tour ended with us standing at the Notre Dame plaza with no history of the cathedral provided. Your advertising of this particular tour is misleading as shown by your email which states the name of the tour as "Notre-Dame Cathedral & Optional Île de la Cité Guided Tour". You should change the name of this tour.
The ticket booking was immediate and that in itself is already formidable, the priority entrance saved us a long line, and the tour was very nice.

I misunderstood your description and thought this included skipping the lines to get into Notre Dame. What I am VERY DISSATISFIED about was our tickets to the Louvre. Our tickets were not honored there and there was a sign indicating Headout, along with several other vendors tickets were not honored. We had to purchase admission tickets there!!!
Tickets were purchased in the line, as we arrived without any as we had extra time on our trip. Staff were friendly inside and out of the Pantheon.
A great-value pass covering Paris’ top experiences—ideal if you're skipping the Eiffel Tower.

Recommend if you're on a budget or want to save money. With this Pass, the Entrance to Versailles gardens isn't included. Staff, where you pick up vouchers (in Lafayette), is perfect.
I recomment purchasing turbo pass - because of the price (try adding all the tickets and you'll get it), and for not having to stay in queue at the entrance. Great ! I' ve visited many in 4 days, still remained some unvisited.
The turbo pass is worthwhile for anyone who wants to get as much history as possible in Pais. You should prepare well, because most attractions still have to be reserved in advance. Clear homepage and good price performance.
We had it for the maximum period of 6 days because we were in Paris for a week. You don't save a ton of money, but just booking the time slots makes things a lot easier when you get there. The week was planned out in advance, but there's no other way if you want to see/experience something. Queuing up on site is usually pointless because it's very busy in July and August. We always had two activities a day, except for Versailles. You need a whole day for that. Everything worked out great...but you should definitely book a time slot wherever possible. The times were always kept to and we got everywhere on time. I would do it again anytime.
I've seen the prices locally, the pass saves a lot of money if you use it.
The Paris Pass was a good investment, definitely worth buying.
Description is correct. Everything was very uncomplicated and gave us the opportunity to plan very flexibly, as the weather was mixed. The offer and the possibilities cover many needs to get to know Paris. It is a significant financial distribution.
The Turbopass is not just called that, it says it all. You don't have to wait long at attractions or sights where others queue for hours. Instead, you walk past the queues in a relaxed manner (in turbo mode). I can only recommend the Turbopass to everyone.
You could book everything in advance in a relaxed manner, then you didn't have to queue or wait anywhere. Was super easy and we would book it again and again. The guided tour in Montmartre was particularly good.
The turbo pass was really great! Everything worked out perfectly, you could reserve a lot in advance, so that you could make a good plan for visiting the city yourself. The guided tour was also great and very interesting, very nice guide!
Thanks to the Turbopass, we found our way around Paris very well, everything worked out wonderfully! There were a few minor irritations at the checkout because not everyone was familiar with the pass, but mostly everything worked smoothly. Thank you very much for the good price, the great selection and the great combination!
I found out about Turbo pass while researching visiting attractions in Paris. It seemed as a good choice as we stayed there for a week and wanted to see as much as we could. Me and my partner made an order 3 days pass + free 4 days museum pass and it was an excellent choice. It is very easy to navigate and everything was written on the pass how to use it for each attraction.Unfortunately, 7 days in Paris were not enough to see everything that is meant with this pass but we managed to see so much. I especially loved Museum pass as you don't have to wait in a line. It saves time and energy. With well planned visits, you can see so much. I would recommend to check in advance where you have to book a ticket in advance for your visit as it can happen they don't have free time slots during your stay. However, it's well spent money and definitely payed off. We saved a lot of money and time
Everything worked fine. It was my first time in Paris. You have to plan everything carefully if you want to achieve a lot. Also, don't forget to book early tickets with the entry time slot on the websites. I had Turbopass for 2 days. I've been to Saint Chapelle, Museum de Cluny, Pantheon, Museum d'Orsay, Versailles, Arc de Triumph, Boat trip, Invalides, Guided tour of Montmartre and VR Paris View Fly360 (the only thing I wouldn't recommend). I didn't make it to the Louvre, you have to plan almost the whole day for that. I didn't save an enormous amount, but a lot (30-40 euros). I had no problems with the ticket. You just have to take into account that the buses don't come on time, so it's better to use the metro.
We received the documents within a very short time. The information was good and helped us a lot when planning our stay. We particularly enjoyed the guided tour through Montmartre. It was very informative and entertaining. We can highly recommend the guided walk.
Buying the Turbopass was a great thing. We bought it for Paris with 6 people. Lots of great booking options and very varied. And you save a lot of money compared to individual bookings. It was inconvenient that you always had to laboriously type in the people's numbers somewhere when booking, then replace the temporary QR codes with the correct ones on site (which led to quite a wait when there were long queues on site). An app that contains all the tickets would also be good, instead of emails for each booking. It was also not clear that the hop-on hop-off bus is only available for 24 hours after redemption and not for the duration of the booking. In our case it was 5 days. It would also be a good idea to be able to book public transport tickets at the same time, at a discount. Because you almost always need these in big cities. All in all, the purchase was well worth it.
Best thing we did is get the Turbo Pass for Paris. Wish we had more time. Hop on Hop off is a great way to see what is to offer in the city. Museum pass gives you access to most of the museums in Paris area. Get it and you won’t regret it.
The metro ticket was awesome, it got us everywhere quickly and cheaply. We really liked the Generali balloon and it didn't cost anything with the pass. We would take the pass again and again.
The turbopass allows you to visit Paris without stress. It is easy to use. Highly recommended.
Thanks to the Paris City Pass, we were able to have a great time in Paris.
